Each room has comfortable, stylish furniture and fixtures and the kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner gas range and incredible lighting to ensure that your cooking experiences in this kitchen are top-notch, every time.

At the back door, a spacious mudroom for outerwear, a fully equipped laundry room and a small powder room with a small step-in shower stall complete the main living spaces.

The primary bedroom, elegantly designed in a minimalist style is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized, a small vanity and plenty of storage as well as private access to the hot tub patio.
The ensuite is an immaculate, three piece bathroom that boasts high-end finishings and perfect light for all your ablutions.

The second bedroom is designed with soft colours and accents and offers guests a comfortable queen-sized bed and dresser.

Within minutes of the home there is incredible hiking and outdoor adventures, markets, amenities and of course, wineries.

Less than twenty minutes away from the home is Cobble HIll Mountain, Mount Tzouhalem or Old Baldy Mountain and you can book eco tours at Ocean Ecoadventures in Cowichan Bay or Outer Shores Expeditions in Cobble Hill.

Shopping can be found in nearby Cowichan Bay or just north in the town of Duncan. For all your amenities, Valleyview Center has everything you need and more, plus every award winning vineyard in the Cowichan Valley is within a five minute drive away!

Visiting the attractions that Vancouver Island has to offer is no problem! Victoria is just a 45 minute drive away where you can visit the Legislature, Empress Hotel, Craigdarroch Castle and so much more!

World Famous Butchart Gardens is an easy commute on the Mill Bay ferry - simply drive fifteen minutes to the ferry terminal and cross the Saanich Inlet to get there!

To explore Nanaimo, follow the Island Highway on an easy and beautiful hour drive.
