COVID Response: Just like many other companies worldwide, at Checked in Victoria Vacations we would like you to know that we have self distancing protocols in place for your check in to help you feel confident and safe upon arrival. We also have a standardized cleaning disinfectant and sanitizer at all our units, that has been used to prepare your unit for your arrival, and will also leave extra for your use during your stay. We use a hospital grade EcoLogo certified biodegradable disinfectant that kills 99.9% and sanitizes 99.9% bacteria.

This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the building is heritage from 1891 and then the front half of the building is brand new in 2016.

If you are looking for a downtown feel this would be a great choice. You do not need a car, but if you have one we have a rare parking spot included in the rental fee for you!

This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people watching and checking out the boats sailing by.

There are queen beds in each room and also a lovely memory foam Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests.

The common area included with this unit is a lovely kitchen room, outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean.

Don't forget that we are a Canadian company and you may be seeing our rates converted to USD. On the last page before you confirm you can see the cost breakdown and it will show you both Canadian and USD rates.

We cannot take any 30+ night bookings during high season May 1-September 30. If you are interested in month long stay for the summer period please contact Checked in Victoria for rates.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $100 administrative fee up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% non refundable. If you are making your reservation within 60 days of travel please be certain before you book at it will be immediately non refundable.
