The Beach House Suite is newly renovated in late 2022 to ensure guests can enjoy a beach house experience with sweeping views of the ocean and the islands that dot the coastline.
The property has been built for both indoor and outdoor ocean view living.
Spectacular sunrises are to be witnessed from the east facing windows and property.
Indoors you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for both adults and children.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower.
The second bedroom comes with a new queen bed while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with singles best suited for children.
There is a full sized second bathroom located between the second and third bedrooms.
The well appointed living room space provides comfortable seating, bay view windows, AC, and smart TV to watch your favourite streaming services.
The open plan living room also has a large dining table that supports six diners with both chairs and bench style seating.
The fully equipped kitchen will ensure the chef in your group can create wonderful meals for your group to enjoy. There is additional seating and table for 4 in the kitchen nook.
Through the doors from the living room you can access the fully enclosed atrium with additional seating to bask in the views and a workstation which is just the right size for your laptop.
Enter the sundecks and patio living areas to live life outdoors with one of the most incredible sea views from your own backyard. Bring your camera! You will find ample comfortable outdoor seating, lounging furniture, and a gas powered fire pit (please note that the outdoor furniture does get winterized during the off season). Observe the marine wildlife that live both on air, land, and sea. If you are lucky, you may see whales from time to time.
The property includes parking for two vehicles and there is street parking. Bring your electric vehicle, we have a charger! The suite comes with both a washer and dryer for your convenience.
A short walk away is Kinsmen Beach Park with playground equipment and a wonderful beach to enjoy.
Take a stroll into the downtown area of Chemainus and view the world famous murals and explore the many shops and restaurants. Take in a dinner theatre experience at the Chemainus Theatre.
Located in the Cowichan Valley which is the heart of Vancouver Island's wine country, no trip is complete without a tour of the local wineries which is rated one of the best in Canada.
Love hiking, off roading, or mountain biking? There are plenty of mountains, lakeside, and marine parks for all levels of experience. Check out the Hermit Trail or Fuller Lake Park in Chemainus.
Love to golf? Mt. Benton Golf Course is right in town or try some of the many others in the Cowichan region, north to Nanaimo, or South to Victoria.
Wish to explore the Garden City of Victoria and its world famous Inner Harbour and Butchart Gardens? You are only a short 1 hour drive away south. Head north to see the Harbour City of Nanaimo with its amazing old town and oceanside walk.
The Beach House Suite can be accessed from Vancouver via Duke Point Ferry Terminal only 30 minutes drive away, Departure Bay Ferry Terminal only 35 minutes away, or from Victoria via Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal about 90 minutes away. There is international ferry access to Vancouver Island from Port Angeles Washington or Anacortes Washington into Greater Victoria which are between 90 and 60 minutes drive away. Two main airports via Nanaimo 20 minutes away or Victoria International Airport 90 minutes away.
