This home provides the ultimate setup for a multifamily vacation with numerous areas of entertainment and endless possibilities for adventure in every direction. One of the many perks of this gated community is access to their boat launch with vinyl docks, park, shelter and fire pit area right on the lake! Rent or bring your own ATVs in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter; ride directly from the property to hundreds of miles of trail systems nearby. If you don't quite have the need for speed other members of your party do, horseback riding is less than 2 miles away or head over for some river floating. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you could need for your favorite home cooked meal. ~ FISHING: Access to Island Park Reservoir is only about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the community park and boat launch. There are also other various access points around the lake. Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 25 minute drive as well (depending on traffic).
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic).
~ PARKING: This home has a large U-Shaped driveway, plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers

CLEANING: While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
