Singing Sands is one of the most unique houses in Cannon Beach. Built in 1920 and remodeled in 1999 to retain the cabin appeal this home has been in the same family for years. The beach is only 1 block away and downtown is just 2 blocks way so it's a great location to explore everything.
The first thing you notice at Singing Sands is the glassed-in front porch which is the perfect spot for a good book, a cup of coffee, or a little nap. The living room has lots of seating, book shelves to explore, a TV and cable to watch, and a gas fireplace to warm up after playing on the beach.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking any type of meal or for just gathering together around the large kitchen table. Make sure to try out the 1940's milk shake mixer that's been the family for generations. If you need a little extra refrigerator room there is an extra one next to the washer and dryer in the back room. Make sure to check out the old menu hanging in the kitchen from the "Singing Sands" restaurant in Cannon Beach – it's a fun bit of nostalgia.
The back yard at Singing Sands is amazing. The deck has two picnic tables, outdoor chairs, a brick firepit, and horseshoe pit in the yard. There are also badminton and croquet sets. It's a great place to hangout if it's too windy at the beach.
There are three bedrooms and two baths with 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 2 twin beds so there's plenty of room for everyone.
