This newly-built beach house is equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home while enjoying the peace and tranquility only nature can provide. Scenic coastal landscaping, forest, and community amenities frame this lovely 3-story home. The high lofted ceiling, beautifully decorated spaces, and thoughtfully appointed rooms will make you want to move in. Comfortable furnishings, outdoor deck seating, and gas fireplace add to the cozy feel.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down with an ocean view at the hardwood dining table that cozily seats 10. Enjoy the entertainment system, Smart TV, Netflix, cable and Wi-Fi to entertain and stay connected while on retreat.

The 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep 10:
- Lower level master suite with queen (ocean view)
- Second level master suite with queen (forest view)
- Upper level king bedroom (ocean view & crib)
- Upper level queen 'family' room, with barn slider door to a twin bunk room.

Smith&Co also features a private jacuzzi for your enjoyment, and a forest-view fire pit for roasting s'mores and making for a memorable beach experience! A gas BBQ is also provided for guests to enjoy grilling. Plus, the stars are amazing on clear nights!

Smith&Co is a family friendly beach home, with lots of baby and kid friendly amenities. These include a crib, bunk bedroom, high chair, stroller, a small supply of books and toys, as well as kid's dishwasher. We are sorry, but Smith&Co does not allow pets.

Olivia Beach is designed to enjoy common recreation areas, an outdoor saltwater heated seasonal swimming pool with deck overlooking the Pacific (closed until further notice), 24/7 year-round fitness center (currently closed until further notice), a big central park with a playground, a large community fire pit, and sand volleyball.

Perched at the top of the Olivia Beach community, you'll have the best of Oregon's coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes away, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion; 15 min walk or 5 min drive. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach.

We are also blessed to have the lovely Agnes Creek Open Space. Yes, you can enjoy a lovely hike in the forest behind this home. There is a staircase that drops into the forest, just between the red house to the north, and the yellow with blue trim, north of that. The loop is a nice 15-20 minute stroll, a mossy forest wonderland that is a treat for families. If you are ambitious, we also were excited to report that if you are sufficiently motivated, you can actually walk through the forest to the SW Canyon beach access (just north on Coast Ave). It took our family an hour and a half to do a loop through the forest, along the beach, and back up (with a six year old and a two year old in back pack). Pay attention to sticking along the stream, otherwise you will pop out on Coast Ave and can walk the rest on the road as well. 

Within Lincoln City you'll discover a wide array of attractions, including Devil's Lake State Park where you can spend summer days kayaking with local guides, or in the winter months, you can search the beach for glass floats! Families and friends also gather in the area for kite contests and sand castle building. Ten minutes up the coast is the Chinook Winds Casino with gaming and live entertainment. You can shop 'till you drop at the area's outlet mall, its many bookstores, or local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

For a day trip, visit Newport, offering the hip Nye Beach shopping district, Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium, just 25 miles down the coast. Next to Nye Beach there's even a playground with a giant hillside pirate ship slide, a sure treat for the kids! Outdoor enthusiasts will especially love hiking Drift Creek Falls--with its gorgeous suspension bridge--or exploring the amazing beauty of Cascade Head. No matter your reason for visiting Oregon's coast, Smith & Co at Olivia Beach will quickly become your vacation destination for years to come!
