Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Property Manager We appreciated all the small touches that made it feel like home and we are already planning our next trip into town where we can get down to the nitty-gritty of the town. Property My sister gave birth to my latest and greatest nephew a few weeks early; so an unplanned, unbudgeted trip was necessary. Yamhill Flats was an unexpected surprise in the area that allowed my husband and I to feel at home while we helped my sister adjust to life with a newborn. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area!

Property Manager Everyone was lovely got to get in an hour early. Close to everything - lovely unit for 2 and the dogs. Property Everything was lovely, well stocked kitchen.

Property Manager Kasmira was extremely helpful from the first call I made. Her personal note was a very nice touch as well, and one you don't see very regularly these days. She certainly made our experience on booking the Flat very enjoyable. Property I have no complaints other than a cold bathroom. I look forward to scheduling a two night stay this spring to go wine tasting this time :) Needless to say, I love the fact that you are pet friendly.

Property This is such a cute place with a full kitchen that actually has a full set of kitchen cooking implements. You could definitely make full meals here. The place was very clean and everything was in great working order. No complaints - we would definitely stay again!

Property The suite was clean, light, and airy, & includes a tiny, but full kitchen. The location is right downtown, within walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, groceries, etc. There is traffic noise at times. Earplugs were provided, but not needed, as the noise seemed to die down later in the evening. Street parking meant parking under trees. No elevator, one flight of stairs every time you come & go. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Property I cannot wait to return here. The space was small but beyond functional. The linens were so soft, the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook dinner yourself, and it was just off Newburg's "main street" if you choose to walk to any of their restaurants. I was greeted inside with a handwritten note, local soap, and coffee to enjoy as well. If you have the option, stay here!
