This home has a large backyard and direct Nestucca River access via a flight of stairs down the riverbank. This property was previously used as 2 homes, so there are 2 kitchens making it perfect for a multi-generation family, or 2-3 families.

Layout: Lower level entry has garage for storage, main kitchen with dining area, back deck, full bath with laundry and shower, bedroom with king bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed, extra den with double futon and small kitchen.

Upstairs has large living room with double futon, balcony, bedroom with queen bed, full hall bath, bedroom with queen bed.

Stunning waterfront Nestucca River views and across the street from the beach. The nearest beach access is down the street to the "turnaround" beach, or the other way to Bob Straub State Park.
Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known at The Boat Landing, which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
