"Seaside Paradise" is a lovely upgraded townhome in the peaceful, family friendly neighborhood of Shorepine Village in Pacific City. This is a cozy home with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace and a nice open layout downstairs. All of the bedrooms are spacious and there are 3 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional loft/den space. The home is very thoughtfully furnished & decorated making this the perfect family beach retreat.

Layout – 2 level townhome. First level entry has livingroom, dining room, full bath with tub/shower that opens to hall & bedroom. Bedroom with queen bed. There is patio space with BBQ.

Upstairs has landing den with double futon and TV, hall bath with tub/shower, bedroom with double/double bunks and master bath with queen bed, TV and full bath with tub/shower.

This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night (maximum charge of $40/pet). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

This home does not have parking directly in front of it. Parking is just a couple townhomes over. There is a garage space and additional shared parking.

Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment.Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy: For bookings completed through March 2021, no cancellation penalty up until 7 days prior to arrival. After that time, you would forfeit your deposit. (3rd party booking fees may also apply). For stays beginning April 2021 and beyond: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within: 30 days of arrival for all other months. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
