Great affordable vacation home for 2 couples or a small family, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, will sleep up to 6. Free pool access at the Tollgate seasonal pool, biking paths all around the community, a tennis court, basketball court and many acres of National Forest land for miles of mountain biking or hiking just down the street a hop, skip and a jump away!
Open floor plan with a family room and also a separate TV room.
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has a queen and a set bunk beds.
Tollgate is a very friendly neighborhood where folks enjoy walking their dogs and taking their kids on their bikes around the loop.

TV Service is Direct TV (In Living RM Only) Rest only DVD Player
Horse shoe pit in the backyard.
The pellet stove is not available for guests to use.
Air conditioning: Wall mounted unit in Living room ( Not central A/C)

Swimming Season begins the end of May through the middle of September, weather permitting.

Lap swim: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Open swim: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Lap swim: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
