Nestled on the banks of the Wenatchee River, and a 3-minute drive to the heart of downtown Leavenworth, this beautiful home boasts spectacular views and an ideal location for enjoying all that Leavenworth has to offer. Completely remodeled in 2018, this three-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, custom alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a wine tasting area.

Perhaps the best features of the house are its many outdoor amenities situated on the property's beautifully landscaped 3/4 acre lot nestled between 130 feet of riverfront and beautiful fruit orchards. The large Trex deck, located only a few feet from the river bank, features a six person hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and a covered living area with a propane fire pit. The large and well-manicured lawn is ideal for enjoying croquet and other games, or running around with your dog. Please note that while this home is situated directly on the river, for the safety of our guests it does not provide direct access to the river, and no fishing is allowed at any time.

The ground floor of the house features a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room overlooking the river. The main living area, which looks out at the river through the room's wall-to-wall windows, includes a 70-inch flat screen smart TV, with Netflix, satellite and DVD player, with plenty of seating for friends and family to gather. The ground floor has one bedroom with a log framed queen-sized bed, as well as a full bathroom. Guests may also enjoy the wood sauna, an ideal relaxation spot during the cold winter months. For guests with young children, the separate kid's playroom that features board games, foosball table, 40-inch flat screen TV, Netflix, Disney + and more than 100 kid-friendly DVD titles to choose from, will provide your children with hours of entertainment so that you can relax and enjoy your stay

The second floor includes 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, with 2 twin size beds in one bedroom and 1 twin size bed and an office desk in the other. Both second floor bedrooms have a 50-inch flat screen TV with satellite and a private bathroom with a shared shower/tub.

The top floor features 2 twin size beds and 1 bed that is able to expand into a king size bed. There is also plenty of room for the kids to throw out their sleeping bags for a campout. The third floor also has a newly remodeled private bathroom with shower.

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Pet Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is pet friendly (max dogs on site is 2) Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.

Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, dog(s) $25 per pet per night if property allows, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.

It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 4 cars max, no street parking allowed.
