The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom arrangements include a king bed and on suite bath, a queen bed, twin bunkbeds, and a second full bath. If you can't fully unplug on your trip, a television, Blu-ray player, and collection of DVDs are in the King Bedroom and WIFI is provided. Laundry is also available onsite, as well as parking for 3 vehicles.
If your stay is about proximity, the Rhodie House's location is prime. The cozy little hamlet of Plain is 3 miles away. There you can find gas, groceries, a quick bite to eat, or souvenirs at Plain Hardware. Near Plain is the Mountain Springs Lodge that offers a lovely Sunday brunch, horseback riding, and ziplining. A brief 9 miles northwest is scenic Lake Wenatchee State Park, which offers outdoor recreation for every season including swimming, paddleboard rentals, hiking, and snowshoeing trails. Up for something a little further? The Bavarian-inspired town of Leavenworth is a winding and scenic 16-mile drive. Leavenworth abounds with eat, drink, and be-merry options for everyone. And the popular Steven's Pass Ski and Recreation Area is a 45-minute drive door-to-door. Downtown Wenatchee and Mission Ridge Ski Area are about a one-hour drive

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy of 6. Children age 1 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is not pet friendly. Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.
Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.
It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states "QUIET TIMES" are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure "peace and tranquility" for all. This cabin accommodates 3 cars max, no street parking allowed.
