The living space has great room concept, so it is perfect for entertaining & enjoying the wonderful views throughout the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking to your heart's content. There is 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room, and viewing deck with charcoal barbecue. This property offers a trail out to the beach, and is located adjacent to the new Dungeness Park, which is revitalizing 40 acres of historic wetlands. (Please Note: This home is one flight up from the parking area, and is not handicap accessible.)
