The kitchen is large and perfect for cooking for small groups or entertaining for family and friends. It includes all the conveniences you would expect and want. There is a beautiful dining room featuring a table with seating for 6-8 people. For a more cozy experience, the breakfast nook seats 4 just off the kitchen and looks out over the beautiful backyard and open space beyond.
Saving the best for last, the backyard is where you will want to spend any lazy days by the pool. Finishing up days out with a backyard BBQ, sitting around the outdoor dining set. Lounging in the covered outdoor patio furniture. For those cool nights enjoy the outdoor fireplace. This outdoor living area is where you will see the most amazing Arizona sunsets. There are many things to do when you stay here. Just across the cul de sac is an entrance to the extensive and beautiful sightseeing trail that stretches on for miles. Whether you are looking for a quick hike or a long picture taking trek, this easy trail system will provide a wonderful view of the area.
If golf is your game, Gold Canyon has the wonderful Mountain Brook Golf Club. The Boyce Thompson Arboretum is just 24 miles away and an amazing place to spend the day. If you crave a bit of excitement, the historic Apache Trail scenic drive will satisfy. It starts off in Goldfield just a few miles from Gold Canyon. There you can visit an authentic gold mining town. From there you will proceed to Canyon Lake. Here you can enjoy boating and even a paddle boat tour. Next stop is Tortilla Flat. A small historic town where you can enjoy lunch and a walk around the shops. The Apache trail continues with a very scenic dirt road that ends up at Roosevelt Lake. From here you can take the highway back to Gold Canyon. This house is located 20 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport and 35 miles to Sky Harbor Airport. Gold Canyon is a very quiet restful place, but very close to all shopping and services you might want.
This property also boasts a den with computer and printer, and very large sliding glass door viewing to the back yard pool area. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Very comfortable linens and towels. All rooms are well furnished and the home has been very well cared for. WiFi is included and all rooms have smart televisions.
